AMENDMENT XXVIII
Section 1
All voting results in national elections held Tuesday, November 4th, 2008, for the offices of President, Vice-President, member of the House of Representatives, and/or member of the Senate, are hereby repealed. All federal election results affected by said voting results are hereby declared voided, and the affected offices declared vacant.
Section 2
All executive actions undertaken by the now-voided President or Vice-President are hereby declared voided.
All office appointments undertaken by the now-voided President are hereby declared voided.
Section 3
All laws passed and legislative actions taken by the now-voided Congress are hereby declared voided.
Remaining members of Congress not affected by this Amendment may continue to fulfill the duties of the Congress; Congress shall immediately select appropriate Congressional officers so that the succession provisions outline in the Constitution may fill the offices of President and Vice-President.
Section 4
All actions by the Judicial Branch made by now-voided appointees are hereby voided and will be re-argued.
For courts presided over by multiple justices (e.g., the Supreme Court), said re-arguments shall occur within 10 days of the enactment of this Amendment.
For courts presided over by a single justice, the new President determined under the provisions of Section 3 of this Amendment shall appoint a temporary special justice for each court, and re-arguments shall proceed immediately following this appointment.
Section 5
Due to the emergency nature of the remedies required by this Amendment, it shall take effect immediately.
